One artist I found to match my practice is Sarah Sze. she is an artist who makes art towards the world around her using materials. she wants these objects to occupied memory. Some of the types of work that Sarah makes are sculptures. She collects materials such as toothpicks, thumbtack, etc to create value it’s self. She would paint on walls to blur the experience towards life and the artist. She makes sculptures such as the illusion of images, photographs, films, etc. She describes her work by painting, collecting materials and expressing space using experiments towards the youth of materials and technology. She talks about her work by relating her interest to her art. She also experiences time and memory through art. She thinks about all the stuff that is in her life, what object is around her, things to make her happy to create art.
